Elder Waldvogel was Stopped By Officer Lozano

Officer Lozano of the LAPD stopped to visit with the Elders as they were volunteering at the Revlon Run/Walk for Women, only to find out that Elder Waldvogel was neighbors with his sister in Utah.  He sent  a quick message to his sister who just happen to be shopping in the same store as his parents. How divine was that.  Officer Lozano sent a quick picture of Elder Waldvogel to his sister to pass on to his parents.
